Be Who God Made You to Be!

More than often we hear people say "be yourself," but what does that exactly mean? 

It's being who God made you to be!

You are truly unique & special. :)

"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them."

PSALM 139: 14-16

You are fearfully & wonderfully made!

This Psalm tells us that knew us before we even existed, before any of our days even came to pass.

Our days are carefully written out in His book.

He has a plan for each & every one of us. 

That is why you are special & unique. 

You have a plan unique to you.

I will never live out the days written in His book because I am not you. & vice versa. 

How awesome is it that God, the Almighty, creates us so specially, even to the most minimal detail.

Sometimes you will be discouraged & will want to blend in with the crowd. 

But you are who you are, not what everyone else sees or wants to see.

You are who God created you to be!

After all, the Lord looks past appearance, He looks straight into your soul.

"But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

1 SAMUEL 16:7

By being true to yourself, you're being true to God, who created you to be unique & special.
